Returns policy
Should you receive your Jcosky hat and decide it’s not to your liking, you have a 14-day period after receiving the item to request a return. After this period, we will be unable to process your return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@jcosky.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will refund your payment, deducting a shipping cost of €25 for returns within the EU and €50 for returns from other countries.
Please note that any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Size Exchange Policy
If the size of your Jcosky hat doesn’t fit well, there are two possibilities for exchange:
If you chose the hat size without our professional advice, you may request a size exchange. Please note that in this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs: €35 for returns within the EU and €50 for international returns.
If you had a video consultation with us for sizing, you can request a size exchange at no additional shipping cost.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. All associated shipping costs will be covered by us.
Please note that specific categories of items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders or personalized items. For more information on what qualifies as a custom product, please contact us at hello@jcosky.com
Shipping policy
You can expect to receive your Jcosky hat within a maximum of 10 business days if you are in Italy, 15 days for the rest of Europe, and 20 days for other countries worldwide.
These timeframes can be influenced by your local postal service arrangements. If you do not receive your order within these timeframes, please contact us at hello@jcosky.com with your full name and order number for assistance.
Please note that Jcosky hats cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs. Factors beyond our control may occasionally extend the shipping time.
By placing an order with us, you accept that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, customs requirements, or any similar charges associated with importing products purchased from us and shipped internationally.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
