Dear sister and brother, if you receive your blessed hat and you realize that you don’t like it, don’t worry: you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After that period we’ll not able to process your request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@jcosky.com into the 14 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll answer you back with all the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

In this specific case if your return request will be accepted, you’ll have a coupon to take another holy hat for the same price. We’ll provide to send to you the number of the coupon by email. It will allow you to buy another item directly on our website. You can also choose another hat less expensive. How it works? You’ll have an extra coupon to reach the entire cost of the begin price in the case you want to buy a new purchase. 

At the end to have back your new holy hat the shipping costs are borne by you sister and brother. It’s 35 euro for EU and 50 euro for all around the world.

It can happen that your hat will not fit well with your blessed head. Maybe too tiny, maybe too big. How to fix it? 

If you took all the responsibility when you buy the jcosky hat without our professional advice don’t panic: you can ask mailing us the return for the same hat with the new size, but remember that the shipping costs are borne by you sister and brother. It’s 35 euro for EU and 50 euro for all around the world. 

If you took your head size with us through a video call don’t worry, you can ask mailing us the return for the same hat with the new size. The shipping cost will be free.

Every item is handmade to order in 10 days at my atelier in Villa X1. Please trust that i always do my best to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.

I cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 15 -18 working days. This timing may be exceeded during peak or sale times. Timing may also depend on your own arrangements for mail delivery times with your local postal service. I thank-you for your patience.

I ship my hats worldwide and to all international destinations. International delivery times vary between 15 business days depending on your location.

If you are about to buy a jcosky hat and you are not sure about your head size you can schedule a video call with us: go to the section MEET US. We’ll guide you in person to know your head size. Please, bring with you your tape measure.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In this case we’ll ask you to send us the picture of the specific issue of the hat. If there are we’ll answer you back with all the instructions on how and where to send your package. In this case all the shipping cost are free.
